Longevity varies per person. Most clients wear their gems anywhere from 1 to 12 months. Some wear them even longer. Longevity depends on tooth texture, lifestyle (eating habits, grinding), and how well you follow aftercare.

If the entire gem — including adhesive — comes off within 4 weeks, we offer a complimentary reapplication. Just reach out and we’ll book you in.

The initial consultation and mold take around 15 minutes. Once your mold is complete, production typically takes 3-4 weeks, depending on the complexity of your design. You’ll be contacted as soon as your grillz are ready for pickup and fitting.

No — our grillz are removable and custom made to fit over your natural teeth. They are not bonded, drilled, or permanent in any way, meaning you can wear them when you choose and remove them when needed.

Permanent jewelry is a custom-fitted chain that’s welded directly onto your body — usually the wrist, ankle, or neck. There’s no clasp, which means it doesn’t come off unless you cut it. It’s meant to be worn continuously and designed to be minimal, symbolic, and low-maintenance.

Yes. While the chain is designed to stay on, you can easily remove it by cutting it at the jump ring (we’ll show you where). If you ever remove it and want to have it rewelded, we offer reattachment appointments at a reduced rate.

After that, rewelds are available for a small fee, as long as you still have the chain and it’s in good condition. -
