Yes — just brush gently around the gem (not directly over it) and avoid harsh toothpaste or acids. Flossing is totally fine and won't affect the gem.

Yes. We actually recommend booking teeth whitening before your gem appointment if you’re considering both. Whitening after is also fine, but avoid doing it within 7–10 days of gem placement.

Yes. While the gems are designed to stay in place, they can be safely removed by a professional. Don’t try to peel or bite it off — this can damage your enamel.

The initial consultation and mold take around 15 minutes. Once your mold is complete, production typically takes 3-4 weeks, depending on the complexity of your design. You’ll be contacted as soon as your grillz are ready for pickup and fitting.

We strongly advise against eating or drinking with your grillz in. This helps avoid discoloration, food buildup, and potential damage to both your grillz and natural teeth.

Absolutely. Every set is made-to-order based on your personal style and preferences. You can choose from different shapes, stones, cuts, and finishes. During your consultation, we’ll walk you through all available options.

No — our grillz are removable and custom made to fit over your natural teeth. They are not bonded, drilled, or permanent in any way, meaning you can wear them when you choose and remove them when needed.

We offer a range of high-quality materials including solid 14k gold (yellow, white, and rose), as well as .925 sterling silver. Custom options with diamonds, gems and engravings are also available upon request.

When worn responsibly and cleaned regularly, grillz should not damage your teeth. That said, we always recommend wearing them for short periods of time, keeping your natural teeth clean, and following all aftercare guidelines to maintain oral health.

Permanent jewelry is a custom-fitted chain that’s welded directly onto your body — usually the wrist, ankle, or neck. There’s no clasp, which means it doesn’t come off unless you cut it. It’s meant to be worn continuously and designed to be minimal, symbolic, and low-maintenance.

If your chain breaks within the first 14 days, we’ll reweld it for free.

After that, rewelds are available for a small fee, as long as you still have the chain and it’s in good condition.

Yes. While the chain is designed to stay on, you can easily remove it by cutting it at the jump ring (we’ll show you where). If you ever remove it and want to have it rewelded, we offer reattachment appointments at a reduced rate.
