about roffagems
Roffagems is our signature tooth gem concept, where your smile becomes a statement. Born in Rotterdam and powered by precision, we bring sparkle, individuality, and bold beauty to your everyday expression.
What started as a pure passion — for creativity, connection, and the art of styling smiles — has grown into a refined and specialized service.
We began by offering simple gems, driven by love for aesthetic detail and the joy of working with people. Over time, our knowledge deepened through dental industry insights and education, allowing us to master placement techniques that are both beautiful and safe.
Whether you're choosing a subtle crystal, a symbolic shape, or a bold gold design, every gem is placed with intention. Our application process is safe, non-invasive, and damage-free — no drilling, no pain, just style.
We work with premium materials, offering designs that feel as luxe as they look. Every gem is placed by a trained specialist who understands both technique and aesthetics. Because it’s more than just a trend — it’s a form of identity.
At RoffaGems, we don’t follow beauty standards. We set them.

the experience
Appointments begin with a short consultation where we explore your preferences.
You’ll choose your placement and gems, and we’ll take care of the rest — prepping the tooth, applying the gem, and securing it with a professional dental adhesive.
The procedure is completely painless and usually takes between 15 and 30 minutes.
Everything happens in our studio space in Rotterdam — private, calm, and fully focused on you.
We work by appointment only, and all bookings are secured with a non-refundable deposit.

before and aftercare
To make sure your tooth gem looks its best and stays in place as long as possible, we follow a clean and careful process — and we guide you through every step.
Before your appointment, please make sure to arrive with clean teeth. We recommend brushing beforehand, but avoid using strong whitening products right before your visit. It's best not to wear heavy lip products or gloss on the day of your appointment. If you've recently had any dental work such as fillings, bleaching, or braces removal, please let us know in advance. We also suggest having something to eat before your session, as you won’t be able to eat or drink for at least one hour after placement.
After your gem is applied, avoid eating or drinking for the first hour to allow the adhesive to fully set. For the first 24 hours, it’s best to avoid sticky or hard foods that could shift the gem. Try not to touch, pick at, or brush directly over the gem in the first 12 hours. Maintain your regular dental hygiene routine, but be gentle — use a soft toothbrush and avoid whitening toothpaste around the gem area.
Tooth gems are non-permanent by nature and may eventually detach over time — this is completely normal and harmless. Should that happen, you’re always welcome to book a reapplication. We also offer safe removal services. Please never try to remove a gem yourself, as this could damage your enamel.
Treat your gem like you treat your jewelry — with care, intention, and confidence.
