Appointment & Cancellation Policy

Booking Your Appointment

To secure your appointment at Serve Studio, a non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit confirms your booking and will be applied toward your total service cost. Full payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.

Rescheduling and Cancellations

We understand that plans can change. You may reschedule your appointment up to three times without penalty, provided you give us at least 48 hours' notice before your scheduled time. Requests made less than 48 hours prior to your appointment will result in forfeiture of your deposit or full payment if the deposit was already applied.

Late Arrivals and No-Shows

Arriving more than ten minutes late may result in cancellation of your appointment without refund to respect the time reserved for other clients. If you fail to attend your appointment without notice, you will be charged the full service amount.
