1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply: "Serve Studio" refers to the company operating under this name and offering services and products through its website. "User," "Client," or "You" refers to any individual who visits the website, books appointments, purchases products, or otherwise engages with Serve Studio. "Services" refer to all appointments, treatments, and products provided by Serve Studio.

2. Applicability

These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors and users of the Serve Studio website (www.servestudio.nl) and to all bookings and purchases made via the website or any related platform. By using the website or booking services, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

3. Website Use

You agree to use the Serve Studio website responsibly, lawfully, and not to disrupt or interfere with its operation or security. Serve Studio cannot guarantee continuous, error-free website availability and disclaims liability for any interruptions or technical issues beyond its control.

4. Services and Bookings

All services at Serve Studio are by appointment only and require a confirmed booking. To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required. The deposit will be credited towards the total cost of your selected service. Full payment is due at the time the service is rendered unless otherwise arranged in writing. Serve Studio reserves the right to modify service offerings, prices, and availability at any time without prior notice.

5. Payment Terms

Payments can be made using the methods specified during booking or on the website. Deposits paid to secure appointments are non-refundable. The client agrees to pay any outstanding balance at the time of service or product delivery.

6. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and No-Shows

Clients may reschedule appointments up to three times without penalty, provided that the request is made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of the appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit or full payment if the deposit was applied. Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice (no-show) will result in full payment for the service. Arriving more than ten minutes late may lead to appointment cancellation without refund.

7. Liability

Serve Studio shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or services, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct by Serve Studio. It is the client's responsibility to inform Serve Studio of any allergies, sensitivities, or health conditions prior to receiving any treatment or service.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, including text, images, logos, designs, and other materials on the Serve Studio website and related marketing materials are the intellectual property of Serve Studio. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution of these materials is prohibited.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Serve Studio processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is accessible on the website. By using the website or services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.

10. Force Majeure
